KAYANAMA from Sacred Valley to the World has been released!

We released Kuyay Santosha's first album, Kayanama, composed in the Sacred Valley of Peru, on Kura Family.

Kuyay recorded this album in Cologne with musician and producer Praful, drawing inspiration from his travels to diverse lands and cultures, as well as his work with Tantra, Shamanism, and sacred plants. Each track features sounds from nature in all its forms, instruments that evoke nature, and ancient traditions that honor existence.

Kuyay says the following about Kayanama:

Kayanama is the embodiment of a dream I once longed for, without even realizing it. Kayanama is a journey into the womb, the power animal, the primordial essence...
A descent into the subtle sounds of the Cosmos, into the beginning.
A connection with the wild, the pure and the authentic.

A song that carries truth and roots.
An invitation to surrender, to surround oneself with compassion, to soften the armor around the heart.
It's the culmination of a deep process of introspection and self-discovery. A profound remembrance of who I am.

The song of my transformation journey as a woman and an artist.
A sacred encounter with my life purpose.
My journeys to different lands and cultures, my work with Tantra, Shamanism, and sacred plants, invited me to stop, feel, and listen deeply. Thus, I allowed the messages of the infinite to be transformed into song through the energy of life.
The sounds of nature in all its forms, the instruments that invoke it, and the ancient traditions that honor it emerged uniquely in each piece.
The album was produced in collaboration with musician and producer Praful over a nine-month creative process in his studio in Cologne, Germany. It's available now through Kura Records.
This is a pregnancy.
Birth with sound.
A sacred gift woven with love and devotion.
