Kuyay Santosha introduces herself as follows: I sing to remember who I am; I bear witness to the sacred that lives in the simple.

With her warm and powerful voice, Kuyay uses a unique musical language that blends ancestral roots with sounds from around the world. She draws inspiration from her travels and encounters with ancient wisdom traditions.

The biggest source of inspiration is nature, which is a mirror that reminds us of the wild, free and pure being within us.

As a songwriter and intuitive channel, she creates ritual spaces that are sensitive, mystical, and meditative, yet filled with a powerful energy.

His songs are like a bridge connecting the unseen with the human, the mundane with the sacred. They awaken memories within us, inviting us to settle within ourselves with love, gratitude, and humility.

Kuyay raises her voice from her heart, offering you an unfiltered truth from her own essence. Her music refuses to be confined to any mold. Born from a deep inner listening, her voice is a naked and genuine expression of the soul. Her primary instrument is her voice, accompanied by the shaman drum and guitar. She also draws inspiration from the rich sounds of traditional instruments from different cultures, often incorporating these instruments into her music through the musicians she collaborates with.

Living in his hometown of Barcelona, Kuyay shared his first album Kayanama, released on Kura Records and produced with musician and producer Praful, with his listeners on August 8, 2025.
